Here is what I do to earn income every day from affiliate programs and Adsense. The only thing you really need to learn is how to register a domain name, host it, and build it. If you already have these skills, then you can start today.

My first task is to pick a topic.

Let's say I decided on “Search Engine Optimization” as my topic. Because the competition is fierce for these keywords, I know I will never rank well.

Instead of trying to rank high for SEO, I will reslant the term to “seo branding.” This keyword gets plenty of search results, but the competition is much less.

I narrow down the terms I need to rank well for, but more importantly, I will cross promote several of my other sites. My goal is to build page rank and pass through traffic as I go.

When traffic comes to my website, visitors will close the window, click an Adsense ad, or follow through to one of my other sites.

I could have gone further and added a newsletter, or other promotional material. I like to keep my sites light and loading fast.

Once I have the site up, it's time to start building links. I go through and do everything I listed above for each site as I make it. It only takes a couple of hours. The return over the next couple of months is worth it.

I then start another site – either on a similar topic or on something else, and keep going. I work at this for about an hour a day, 5 days a week. I now have over 100 websites out there. There is no reason you can't do this.

TIP 3: Have someone make you a website. I suggest you use a reputable company for this, or make sure you use Copyscape on whatever you purchase. I've redone many content sites that my clients paid someone else to make and they later found their websites had stolen content.

TIP 4: Join a private label publishing service that gives you all the sites, products, and materials you need to start your own website network. Visit http://BookCatcher.com's private label products directory to find such memberships.

TIP 5: Join a membership site that gives you the framework of a product or website.

TIP 6: Join other sites that give content as part of their membership site.

TIP 7: Buy private label content packs to help you with filling your website with content.

TIP 8: Rewrite your own previous content to cut down on time.

TIP 9: If you are looking for speed and saving money, then republish other articles and include the resource box.

That should be enough to get you started. Getting started is the most important part – so go do that right now.
